Payment Authorization
I, the undersigned guest, authorize The Safari Motel to charge my card for room charges, applicable taxes, damages, incidentals, and any additional approved charges related to my stay.
I understand and agree that payment will be processed at 11:00 AM on the check-in date. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued. If I do not show up on the check-in date, one night's charge will be applied to the card provided at booking.
By signing this form, I confirm that I lawfully agree to all payment and cancellation policies listed above. I also understand that this signed form may be used as proof of authorization in the event of any payment dispute or chargeback raised.
